This post was originally started to recognize Atlantis solar for its outstanding service and customer relationship that has grown over the years with our company. I did not join this site to participate in desperate attempts to defame and slander Atlantis Solar.

First, I have followed your BBB link and there was nothing. 2nd your attempts to "find people" in your similar situation seems fruitless and corrupt. I ask that you please spend 9.99 and get your own website to defame reputable businesses as this forum is for real participants with real problems.

I find the last post offensive and desperate and will be reporting it to the editor for these reasons:

Your attempts seem desperate and not forth coming.

2. No responses have been attempted to reply to your accusations.

3.

The links you provided were either broken or not forthcoming and your BBB accusations were not posted as you said. You seem to have problems backing up your story as if maybe you are the one with that bad reputation or problem.

Whom ever you are, you will be located and arrested. Your posted IP is reviving court orders to locate you.

For anybody interested in serving or legal notice to Atlantis Solar LLC, and/or Steven R Rahl, and/or Michael Becker from Naples Florida, there are 3 courts processing them for lawsuits against them for several reasons. We will keep you posted on when and where to serve them through this chat/blog.

During the investigators 2 week stay, the courts show Mr. Alejandro Peña and Elizabeth Diaz Peña in the courtroom one again fighting after they lost their home and business building. I am told these people were trying to steal the home, and business property from a person that lives in another state. While in Brownsville Texas investigating, the hotel room of the investigators was broken into from Mexicans wearing suits and guns.

Now why all the secrets in Brownsville Texas??? Even the corrupt Attorney had moved north away from Brownsville, quite strange. Mr. Peña was not a United States Citizen after digging in 2011, is not a United States citizen today September 2017; so how does he get away with continued fraud???

Mr. Peña Mardel Souza Inc. AKA American Made Solar and Wind did not start business in 2005, he started in 2011 and is still not a legal business registered with the good State of Texas. American Made Solar and Wind kind of sounds like Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC.

Now the best part. Google, Yahoo, Bing, Mardel Souza Inc. together with Atlantis Solar Brownsville Texas or Texas alone. You will discover Mardel Souza Inc.

using Atlantis Solars name in contracts being paid to Atlantis Solar and Mardel Souza Inc. I found that none of these multimillion dollar contract payouts were to the real Atlantis Solar ® . Quite strange you would say. Again if I could post my investigation findings; Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC is not the thief.

AKA American Made Solar and Wind. These people even had their hands in the Hawaii complaint. The complaint does show documents for products made for Hawaii in control of a Mr. Donald Lloyd of ecofuze, Mardel Souza Inc AKA American Made Solar and Wind (partners).

Mr. Donald Lloyd was turned in to the sheriffs department of Jacksonville Florida including Secret Service for stealing a $40,000 + container of goods while using Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC name. From what information was gathered, Mr. Donald Lloyd partner of Mr.

Peña was working together with Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC to collect and store a container of goods including collect this Hawaii solar system to place in storage (long story why). But instead Mr. Lloyd stole a container of goods from Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC, continued using Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC to collect money from Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC clients, Colorado, Virgin Islands, Florida, Honduras, the list goes on. Well Mr.

Peña and Mr. go to court (all Mexican in Brownsville Texas) and use contracts that were fraud contracts to collect millions of dollars under Atlantis Solar® legally owned International name. Court records show that Mr. Peña sued the wrong company, gave wrong names and was not happy the President of Atlantis Solar ® mentioned to the Government that Mr.

Peña was not Atlantis Solar ® when collecting millions of dollars by using the Atlantis Solar® name and logo on Government contracts. But Mr. Peña thinks laws do not apply in America and used the money he stole by defrauding Atlantis Solar®. As for Mr.

Donald Lloyd, he testified in court that he was not partners with Mr. Peña, but my investigation found photos of Mr. Donald Lloyd and Mr. Alejandro Peña arm in arm with the heading "PARTNERS".

Isn't that called "PURGERY" To conclude my investigation; I soon will post all history showing Atlantis Solar and Wind LLC brand name Atlantis Solar ® / not Atlantis Solar LLC , Atlantis Solar Inc. or Atlantic Solar had no involvement in the frivolous lies to what these fraudsters continue doing. You should know as well as a teenager. You comment to an issue that has nothing to do with you, no different then girls in high school. Then you post information with out identifying yourself. I believe you know very well the laws, and should pay attention to your business instead of getting involved in others. If these people have an issue, it needs to be taken up with the correct legal channels. I would suggest you read the complete story before commenting, as there is much more substantial proof that shows your slamming a person or company in the same industry as you to gain fame with out first reading the full story. It shows you are from Monterey Mexico, and I know being in the legal service, that the company or person you are writing about must have a legal binding contract with you, otherwise you would have indicated your personal name and or company.
