Atlantis Auto Repair
I paid $437.25 to have my driver's side rear passenger door fixed. It needed a new Actuator. I was told that it was fiixed, but it wouldn't open from the inside, and would unlock upon pressing the KeyFob remote only once, when once was to only open the driver's door. When I called to complain about this to the shop owner, Steve, he began screaming at me, and cursing at me, telling me that I was telling him that his workers don't know what they are doing. I told him that after two years of coming to him I am complaining only about this particular instance, but he kept on screaming and cursing at me, and he told me that he should have kicked me out of his shop! He did say he would fix the door again, but by that time I was frightened to bring it to him. I, instead brought it directly to the Chrysler dealership for repain. They topld me that there was no Actuator put into the Van, and instead, it was connected to the driver's door, and that was why it was unlocking on the first press of the Key Fob Remote. The dealership fixed the door as best as they could, and kit now, at least works, though not as it is supposed to. In the end, Atlantis Auto Repair only connected the passenger door to the driver's door to make it work, and never installed the Actuator that they claimed they did. I was ripped off in the amount of $437.25.
