11/2017 I had you replace my roof and skylights. The Skylights are defective.

Every morning there is so much condensation on the bathroom one it drips down onto my ceramic tile floor. Never in 26 years did I have this happen. I talked with your salesman many times about this. He said I have a humidity problem and better get a fan in my bathroom to deal with it.

He abruptly left.

I am concerned the condensation will seep into the new wood around the skylight that your Men installed and cause damage and mildew not to mention someone slipping and falling on the wet floor caused by the condensation. Jacquelyn Hober

In Feb 08 I had this company replace my shingle roof with metal. (flat 1200sf mobile home).

Owner Shane Smalley, Melrose, Fl. First complaint was that all the workers except owner were all Mexicans who spoke no English. Second complaint was that I told the owner not to keep my gates open as my Jack Russel would go out and probably get hit by a car and sure enough when I got home, workers were gone, gate open and neighbor told me I took your dog to the local hospital. Third complaint is poor customer service after roof is installed.

Lastly, my roof is only 4.5yrs and in the beginning of Aug 2013 my bathroom had a major leak after a rain storm, the ceiling is now ruined, mold growing all over. I even ended up in the hospital for 1.5 days after I fell off the roof trying to place a tarp there to prevent further damage and b/c the company ignored me in reference to the leak. I've tried several calls and no response.

I have no legal recourse b/c on contract which was not explained to me (2yr workmanship warranty) but, made sure I knew metal roofs last 50-70 years why explain this is you give shotty workmanship. Please do not patronize this company unless you speak spanish or don't mind your dog getting hit by a car and dishing out extra money later on for their incompetence.

In August 2008 I had the company Atlantic Roofing and Exteriors located in Melrose, Fl and( owned by Shane Smalley)install my metal roof. I have a flat 1200ft mobile home which I had a metal roof installed.

In August 2013 we had a heavy rain and my bathroom had a major leak, my ceiling is ruined along with insulation and now mold is growing. I did not relize that on my contract it said 2yr workmanship which was not explained to me but, they made sure I knew that metal roofs were good for 50-70 yrs unlike conventional at 30. I called and spoke to the father who said he would come out and inspect and since I was at work I''m not sure if he did b/c he called back and said I have to look into your account. I have tried calling the son at least 3 other times and no response.

An attorney said I have no recourse since workmanship is only 2 years. I paid 8500 dollars which is not cheap to me yet they claim they have reasonable prices. I know one thing I would never recommend them and I think their customer service is very poor. The other complaint I had is that they had all Mexican workers who spoke no English (and if truth was known probably illegal).

Please stand with me and spread the word to family, friends and co workers not to use this rip off rude company. Thanks!
