Atlantic Recovery Systems calls about a debt but does not send me a letter with a reference number. now I do owe money to Genesis FS which services my Indigo master card , now I have fallen on hard times, I was out of work most of 2017 and did not start working again until November.
My bank accounts that were closed and that left me without a method of payment. I would wish atlantic recovery systems not call me and send me a letter instead I am not paying over the phone, plus I don't like the assumption that I refuse to pay , I am not refusing to pay I do not have the funds to pay.
