- - Mold issue since April due to a malfunctioning dishwasher heating element and management has not resolved it.
Hello, I am a tenant in Palms of Boca Del Mar, and since April a mold issue due to the dishwashers heating element not working has not been handled. The "newest" supervisor had the audacity to tell me it is a luxury to have and that I could use it for now and just leave the door of it pried open slightly.
Completely unacceptable. The appliances are in my rental agreement. I have called and emailed, spoken to the office, maintenance etc.. since April.
I called the headquarters in California which is an answering service who then calls the property manager here in Florida the same as I have done. This company owns a numerous amount of properties in different states yet falls very short in the care of their tenants.
Please help. Thank you.
