The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I called to update my email address and that went smooth. Now I guess there will be a wait to update my 2fa phone number as much as I don't like the wait apparently it's a must.

Resolved: Not very supportive as far as helping gambling habits as far as I can see
An explanation of why they believe their fair gaming and safe play policies work. I am going to take the time to revisit this and use more avenues in hopes to get my issue resolved.
I simply don't find alc to be an honest costumer oriented policies.do not expect much from their safe play policies
