I purchased a Richmond headboard quite some time ago. It was not put together because I was not ready to remodel my bedroom at the time.
I find that I am missing parts which I need to assemble the headboarddd.
two missing dowels
A, B, C, D, E and F allen wrench
Because it is my error that I misplaced the above items, I am willing to pay for the parts and shipping.

Sorry about that. Yes- I am unhappy though- but I'd never say that. Sorry- so- we have bought a trundled bed oct 5 and all was well. Used it a handful of times for child..
the bed nails went through onto our brand new flooring and left holes.. ugh. Very frustrated- our floor was brand new.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
My sofa is Broke I buy next year and eight months ago my sofa its side and broke

Took 4 hours to Put together and it still wasnt right. It was very frustrating and I would NEVER buy another.
Im trying to be nice but Im very mad.
Spent what is a lot of money for me to have such poor quality of this product. Wont buy again ever.
Missing item
Hello, i ordered Atlantic Furniture Madison White Full Platform Bed with Matching Foot Board with 2-Urban Bed Drawers from Home Depot, almost 3 weeks ago on April 16. We received the order on April 23.
We received 3 boxes. We pit the bed together and realized the bed was missing something. We tried to call UPS, and see why they didnt include the entire order. My wife called Atlantic furniture, and the representative told her we will get the missing Slats by April 30.
The representative made my wife believe it was going to be delivered by that Thursday April 29th. I called on the following day Friday April 30. I spoke to a different representative, explained the situation. Apparently the rep that my wife spoke to lied about sending out the missing slat kit.
She even had the wrong email address. The guy i spoke to said he is going to send it Asap, but would have to get authorization to expedite the shipment.
Still no email or confirmation about the shipment. We just want this issue resolved, or a refund.
