I purchased a RPG 2 rocket launcher from you and I had to pick a FFL dealer and want it delivered to me instead of paying for FFL fees. I received an email today saying that no FFL is needed.

Cancelation fee
Long story short, I placed an order with Atlantic firearms and they cancelled my order because my billing address and shipping address were different (I'm stationed in a different state than my billing address). They emailed me for clarification but it was auto sent to my "promotions" folder because these people shove their ads down my emails throat at least twice.
Out of nowhere they cancel my order. The cancelation email said the original amount for the transaction but when I checked my bank I was short $45.00. I emailed the manager and he emailed me with a snip of their cancelation policy and the tone of "too bad so sad". They never shipped out my order and they're still taking the cancellation fee?
They they even changed their cancellation policy on their website in the middle of my dispute so they wouldn't have to pay me back.
It's okay though I have screenshots and my bank is handling it now. Don't buy from these guys unless you want get robbed and disrespected.

Be careful when ordering items from AF, they only offer a 10-day return on purchases and no exchanges. Better to pay a few dollars more and do business with good companies who care about customer service and actually answer their phone!

Charging 20% restocking fees
No updates. Atlantic Firearms is firm on their policy and places all blame on consumer for not reading the fine print.
I’m not saying it wasn’t my fault for not reading the return policy or the fine print regarding the rifle the furniture was limited to, but Their response was egotistical and condescending. I love the wood AK furniture, so I decided to keep it and perhaps add a rifle to my collection one day to make use of it as opposed to letting them make money off me by charging 20% to restock it.
I do business with hundreds of companies and have not had to pay a restocking fee in decades! So it’s easy enough to avoid this company and their archaic policies.
Who still charges restocking fees?
Flat dollar might be acceptable, but 20% on items that cost hundreds is a racket lining their pockets, not the true cost of their time to open a box and put an item back on a shelf. What a joke!
There are plenty of businesses that treat customers well and accept returns without a fee. Some will even cover the return shipping cost!!

No customer service followup Popups for items that do not fit the purchase
As I placed my Atlantic Firearms purchase into the basket to check out, a popup suggesting two 10 round magazines with the purchase.
Called customer service to confirm the magazines fit the purchase. Told to leave a voice message for their return call.
The call never came.
Placed the order, discovered the suggested mags DO NOT FIT the firearm. Forced to pay to ship the mags back.
Endure getting 80% returned. RIPOFF.
NOT HAPPY.

Misleading Atlantic Firearms Popup
Added a Black Aces shot gun cart, a popup window indicated the 10 round magazines are correct and available for THIS order. Added the magazines to the cart.
Called customer service to verify that the magazines would fit in this shot gun.
Told to leave voice mail so customer service could call back to answer the question.
NO CALL BACK and the mags don't fit.

Poor customer service
Purchased a gun from them it is defective, Their response is the manufacture will contact me. No help what so ever stay away.You will have buyers remorse!!!!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bought a Hi Point 4095TS. The adjusting tool, listed in their warranty and operations paperwork, was missing. Numerous emails requesting a replacement for the missing adjusting tool were dismissed with there is no tool.
Poor customer service, NOT RECOMMENDED BUY ELSEWHERE!!!
