Poor service

I took both my vehicles in for oil changes, total eight times, all time I paid out of pocket to get the vehicle there, 8 times the oil plug not screwed in. I sold both vehicles, told them I sold my cars and got 2 new chevy's and for some reason I keep getting letters to bring my Kia's in for service.

Several more emails, better yet now they have gone rogue with calling me to tell me what a great experience I have had over the last two years of owning my car. Have they lost their minds?

There is something wrong with this dealership and the leadership that is there. Kia continues to let the dealership (Kia West Atlanta) run wild, and trust me when I say they are running wild.I think they have to be hiring unqualified personnel or they are retarded.

After having 5 bad oil changes (one time left in 40 degree rain because the dealership left after I told them I was having the car towed to them for them to put a new oil plug and oil back in my car), 2 times being told that I needed tires, that I got an average of 55,000 miles more out of in Atlanta traffic, I have asked them both to stop emailing and calling me. They will not stop. Kia does not care, and the dealership is either hiring unqualified personnel, or THEY REALLY don't care.

Preferred solution
I would like to have my money back, but if they left me in the cold and rain, I really think this solution is out. I would be happy if they would JUST STOP CALLING ME AND EMAILING me if they are not going to make it right.
