Breached contract.
I purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 on December 16, 2024. They promised delivery of the vehicle in one week after cleaning and replacing windshield.
Did not hear from them so I called them back after 10 days had passed. They stated they were having problems locating windshield for the vehicle but it should come in within the next week. I called to talk to my salesman, Dante, was informed he was no longer employed there. I inquired about my vehicle and no one knew anything but assured me they would research it and call me back.
They never did call back. I made my first payment and I still had not received my vehicle. I called again and they said it was ready for pickup. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there to pick up vehicle.
When I arrive I find vehicle doesnt have a spare tire, key fob did not work and key had not been cut. Spoke to Chip Lollis he promised to remedy these problems and would deliver the vehicle to me. That happened on January 28th. Finally received vehicle on Saturday February 1st.
Had temporary plates which were to expire on March 14th. Went to Lee County Revenue Office to purchase tag and they have not received any paperwork on my vehicle. The temporary plate has expired and I am making payments on a vehicle that I am unable to drive. Someone needs to do their job.
I thought I was getting a great deal but this has been a nightmare.
Need someone to step up and remedy this situation. It is time to make another payment and I am unable to get my vehicle registered.

Nothing has been updated. My grandson still do not have his car registered.
Be are making arrangements to have the car shipped back to the dealership. There is no use to keep paying for a car that has no title for registration since September 2024. The voicemails are full you reach anyone on the phone.
Coweta tag office stares they can reach corporate either. Bringing the car back is the only option.

I cancelled my gap and extended warranty a day after purchasing vehicle and still have not received anything. I feel as though Im getting the run around.
To see why a deposit was not put back on my credit card
Was told by Mr. Jacob Abbott multiple times that my deposit was credited back to my credit card but my credit card says it has not been credited back after 3 weeks.
Great personal service

Atlanta Luxury Motors, Inc. sold me a lemon
I purchased an Acura TL from ALM. I noticed it had an oil leak before I purchased the vehicle and they promised to fix it.
The car has been returned twice to and the problem was still not fixed. I finally had to fix the car myself to keep the engine from running hot and blowing a gasket. They refuse to take the car back or reimburse me for the repair. The dealership looks nice on the outside but they do not honor what was agreed to in writing, which was to fix the oil leaks.
I reported ALM to the better business bureau.
I would Never buy a car from ALM again!!! I am in the process of filing a lawsuit based on the written agreement to fix the oil leak.
