Parking pass never received .

I purchased a parking pass for August 19th game confirmation number 588**** I paid $103.76 for parking pass I never received. The $103.76 had cleared at my bank on 8/02/2023 I've called 4 or 5× trying to get information to get the pass and all they did was put me on hold and never returned to the conversation.

Not happy

Atlanta Braves - Not happy
Yes Id like to express my concern by saying first off I spent a lot of money to bring my family to Sunday nights game against the brewers. We had 8 adults and 9 kids In our party for my dads birthday. We went during the fourth inning to the sandlot to let the kids play and was told they were shutting it down but and we asked the attendant why and he stated because it has to be closed by the 7th inning which it was only the fourth and we stated that and to which his response was why does it matter its free so its not like you paid for it. To which my response was but we did pay for it when we bought the tickets to get in. But whatever we took the kids back to the seats and then after the game we tried to check out the stadium and the trophies and other things show cased behind home plate and was pushed out towards the gate by another employee. All around a horrible experience and I have been to numerous Braves game but this was by far the worst experience iv had. All to celebrate my dads 60th birthday. Sad.

Hard to file a complaint. Bathrooms all closed prior to end of game

While leaving the game on 7-14-23 in the 8th inning, needed to use the restroom. Attendants were not letting anyone use it and said to go to the next one over. That one was also closed and the next one after that was also closed. I had to find a restroom in a bar outside the ball park. We spent over $500 on tickets, parking, food and drink. What a waste and will never happen again. Attendants were more focused on getting home early rather than providing good service to Braves customers. It started at Section 148 restroom.

Lost card

First off I ain't *** l made ever effort to call you with no luck. I attended a game on 7-1-23 and lost my citi bank credit card. I got on you web site and filled out all the necessary forms i.e claims, I received a message from you guys stating the card was found. I drove down from Rome Ga to retrieve my card. I got there no way to get in touch with someone about my card. Once again I'm not pissed just confused a bit.

How to get handicap parking
