I have ordered many times from atlweldingsupply.com and have always been satisfied with the quality, price and service. Some orders have been large while other have been small.
I received the same premium service for both at no extra charge. Their prices promotions are tops in the industry. In this day & age it is difficult to find anyone who knows anything about the products they are selling. However these guys know the products, their uses & are great at communicating.
It is hard for me to believe that others have been unsatisfied considering the ease I have had with purchasing.

ATL welding supply is a bad business to order from.On Saturday Feb. 05/2011 I ordered a part from them online.I paid extra for USPS Express delivery because I needed the the part ASAP.Thurs.Feb.10/2011 the part hadn't arrived,I called ATL and they said they'd track it and call me back.When they hadn't called back ,I sent them an email asking where my part was.I received a nasty e-mail from them telling me that since my order was small,they couldn't be bothered to track it.They also told me in the e-mail that my order wasn't worth their time to deal with and in the future to place high dollar orders if I wanted better service.It is now 2/13/2011 and still no part.I would reccommend not ordering from this company.

Just tried ordering parts for dynabrade. ATL did NOT say that they were backordered for 4 weeks before I placed the order.
Received an email hours afterward stating this. Call ATL and they said they didn't stock and their vendor didn't stock it.
Why do they even list the item. Terrible business.
I have ordered 2-3 times from ATL over the last year and have had good results each time. My orders have been approx $70-$140 each time, their tech answered my questions and gave me alternatives that made sense. I am not a novice to welding or fabrication and I will continue to buy from them until there is a problem.
