Poor Service- Failed to start clock
- - Part of J&M Timing Services.
- - They managed race officials; service was awful.
- - Guns didn't work, causing false starts and the clock didn't start.
This conpany is apparently apart of J&M Timing Services.
They used them for managing the officials of the race and it was horrible. They had guns thay didnt work creating false starts and even worse, our team ran a complete heat and they failed to start the clock. They had to redo the entire thing.

Can't find the event I need
Please call this texting is getting frustrating. It's not letting me login. Sometimes a customer needs to talk with someone not communicating by text.

Having problem with finding my event
- - Support is hard to reach and emails are unclear.
- - Cannot find the 1:30 grandson event; paid $9.99 and $12.99 with no callbacks.
The biggest problem is not able to talk with anyone to try and take care what I'm needing help with. Everyone doesn't always understand what you need to do when you'll are responding back by email.
I'm getting frustrated because I can't find the event ,my grandson event is at 1:30. I also subscribed with runners space. I also had problems with that one. On your website it said I could connect that one with you all.
I paid $9.99 for your website then I paid $12.99 for runners space. Can't find what I need on either website.
I will cancel if I can't get the help I need. Have left messages on a voicemail no one has called me back.

I signed up for only one month and they charged by credit card for a full year. No way to speak with anyone.
I had to text/email. Hopefully they give me a FULL refund or I am contacting the Attorney General's Office for fraud.
