My son was rear ended by one of there insured with witnesses over 7 weeks ago.Even better (we thought) their insured admitted fault on video and to a CHP officer and they are still investigating??Worse yet the adjuster calls and lies and finally states they will pay when they "have time".Also it may take months as we are not a priority at this time.So now we are seeking to file insurance fraud charges as we have no vehicle for work and they told us they dont care because their job is not to pay but to wait.We have tried to resolve this issue but they only return calls 7-10 days after contact.One job has been lost as we cant afford to continue to rent a vehicle and the job was more than 25 miles from home.

man they post on manta.com, linked in.com, insurance journal.com, merchantile.com, james jenkins, bruce less, slaughter,david, boys and girls club of oakland is their fall guy, they just cracked out for the money. rip off report say james jenkins is a fraud and racist. and how he got all the government contracts and contractor contracts.....man, is that shiesty, i used to do business with em, not no mor....i mean all this one site say they james jenkins call peoples wife and drunk driving, and racist and one of they employees always say the n word. tnow that aint really cool of oakland.....nah the boys and girls club need to have pride and go somewhere else....see thats what happens when you start to rely on peoples money too much

yes, I have the same problem. they will try everything to avoid processing the claim.
My Car we hit by a car insured by this company, every time I call, they will say I can not get contact to the insured driver, so I can pay this claim. the claim adjuster is just liar.
