I had requested the doctor to let me know if he is able to give a specific type of pain-killing knee injection. I received a response after 2 weeks from someone other than the doctor saying that he does not.
In the meantime, I had to suffer from the pain.
The patient portal says that you will receive a response within 2 days. They need to review their patient portals more often and respond to questions in a timely manner, as indicated on the patient portal.

I have several providers that use Athena Health. My most recent provider crossed my account with my husbands account and now I can't get to any of my own records. I have tried calling Athena and all I get is log into your account.

I asked customer service to remove the geoblock from their system so that I could access my medical center account and pay the bill. I was told that it was not possible. Then, the customer service representative hung up!

I have been trying to log in to the patient portal for days now, and it won't allow me access, saying I am not a current patient.
