Horrible customer service
Purchased facial wax strips, did not like. Tried to stop subscription & was unable to do it so did get 2nd delivery.
Finally was acknowledged that I did not want their product & was to be issued a refund. Now 4 months later, numerous emails back & forth, no refund. Per Venus they did issue a refund but per my bank ( checked with them 3 times over 2 weeks), no refund received to the bank. Venus refuses to do anything to provide a positive customer experience.
Emails are nicely worded but put the blame on my bank. No physical number to talk to a person available.

I purchase about two and a half 3 weeks I think this deodorant is for Caucasian not African American it broke me out under my arms and I was musty this does not work for me is for Caucasian not Africa
Are you still deodorant in the body wash and it broke me out and I was still musty I had to put on baking soda my guess it does not work for African Americans probably Caucasian but not African Americans and I will proceed to put a stop or refund because this jump does not work I was musty and it was I was embarrassed when I went to not to African and Americans no not to African Americans

CANNOT CANCEL
I have tried NUMEROUS times to cancel my subscription, still receive product (which I do not use) and continue to receive...no response from many, many, many emails.

I cancelled my subscription online. I could not find a phone number for customer service.
You took $57 out of my bank account. I did not know that the cost of the razors had increased that much. I no longer have the Hotmail email that is on file. You will also be delivering the razors to my old address.
How can I fix that? Can someone call me?
