Atb is far better than I gave them credit for. My problem is not solved but atleast they never accused me of being a loser like koho has done
They still thi m I'm just an uneducated loser who doesn't know their rights that every Canadian has. Their refusal to reimburse the stolen money and accept responsibility for the lies concerning the scam not having to be paid entirely by me just shows how much they don't care about the customer and care only about there quarterly financial statements.
After losing over 1100 dollars in 6 months I was told if I didn't like it to bank elsewhere. I have reported that I have numerous unauthorized transactions and they flatly denied my request for my money to be returned after providing proof.
I have not received any direct response from the investigation department and instead was told by Mrs Healy of the vulcan branch that it's my problem not theirs. Worst bank for indigenous people to bank with.

They refuse any and all help
- - In Wetaskiwin with a 3-year-old, we're in danger at friend's.
- - Husband assaulted her; police promised to appear; ATB refused help; we were frauded.
I'm stuck with a 3yr old in wetaskewin and my friend who's house we are at was just beat up by her husband and put in the hospital. The police didn't take him away instead he was given a promise to appear.
I asked for atb to help me get my daughter and I to safety and was told that this is my problem.
This after I was frauded through atb and paid the full amount myself. It doesn't matter that we are somewhere very unsafe they will do nothing to help.
- Will never offer help to a metis or any indigenous person in serious cases
Preferred solution: I would like to know how a bank would leave a 3yr old in extreme danger without help.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was contacted by the CEO of atb financial
I applied for a loan online yesterday they said i was approved spoke to a luan Johan an then he blocked me when i had to get the pin my son luckily put in his wrong account number by mistake but was lucky and was told he had to pay a 1500 all there numbers don't exist
