ATT failed to cancel service as promised

Moved 07/01/12. Did not pay June bill on 07/13/12 got a call from ATT telling me if I did not pay I would be truned in to collections. On same day I paid the bill with electronic check, I have bank documentation. I was promised all services would be stopped and I would not get further bills. Since I have been turned in to a collection agency. I also had an attorney write a letter and they have ignored both me and the attorney. Now they have rolled the overdue balance to my Cell Bill. I either pay for something I do not owe or I loose my cell service.

Panasonic repair facility intentionally damaged TV

I purchased a Panasonic TV in Phuket Thailand. I took my TV for repair to a certified Panasonic repair facility A.T. Service/ Corporation located at 93-93/1-9 Phuket Road in Phuket. They requested 3,000 Baht for only a number of components on the power board and 800 Baht for labor. Most components are capacitors which are very inexpensive. The repair man at AT Service Corp quoted me a charge for materials which he could not provide any "backup" or source of the prices and claimed that prices for materials were a "secret". AT Service wanted to charge me 125 Baht for a 5 baht fuse and grossly overcharge me for the other components. Why would they charge 3,000 Baht to repair the power board when a new power board costs only 2,340 in Bangkok? I was forced to contact the Phuket police in order to retrieve my television. Although the technician at AT Service stated that the problem was only the power board, I have now been advised by an independant repair facilty that the Integrated Circuit located on the main board is missing and was evidently removed by the technician at AT Service. THe technician at AT Service was paid an 800 Baht service fee to remove his repair parts & return my TV and but was evidently not satisfied and chose to "sabotage" my TV in an act of spite. My experience with Panasonic Customer Service in bangkok has been good although the "Certified" Panasonic Phuket repair facilities in Phuket are shameful and opportunistic. Panasonic should operate it's own repair facility in Phuket in order to allow it's customers to avoid the dishonest repair facilities in Phuket.
