Have not received my two year calendar that I already paid for
I have ordered At a Glance for my office for 45 years. After I retired, I ordered a two-year pocket calendar and paid for express shipping but never received my order that I already paid for.

Wrong item shipped.
- - Ordered calendar but got an academic calendar starting July 2025.
- - Cannot reach support; $5 refundable fee demanded; I will not order again.
I ordered a calendar and was sent an academic calendar starting with July 2025. I can't get a person on the phone.
I tried the online customer service and was told I had to pay $5 (which would be refundable).
I'm not paying for At a Glance's mistake. I will never order from them again.

- - Planner not delivered; hours trying to sort it out.
- - FedEx has given a runaround.
- - Contact for At a Glance is unavailable and the email refused.
Very appreciative of the call and reporting the problem. Quickly resolved the issue.
The delivery of my planner has been totally botched. I still have not received the planner, having spent hours trying to straighten this out.
Fedex has been giving us a total runaround as they say At a Glance needs to file the complaint, but it's impossible to get through to At a Glance.
The email address "webmaster@***.ataglance.com" does not work. The email system refused to accept the connection.
User's recommendation: Do not buy from At a Glance - it is not worth the hassles and runaround.
