US Customers, ASX Ltd is NOT AXS the ticket company.

We at ASX receive many angry calls about ticket refunds and concert cancellations. Please note that when you call the (312) number for the ASX in Chicago, you are calling the AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE. We have nothing to do with AXS, a TICKET SERVICE. The two companies are completely unaffiliated.

THIS IS NOT THE TICKET COMPANY

The ASX is the Australian Securities Exchange not AXS the ticket company. Calling ASX and expecting them to resolve your ticket issues is like calling McDonald's to get tools from Home Depot. Totally separate companies. Calling ASX, getting angry that they're not AXS and leaving threatening messages? That doesn't get you closer to fixing your ticket problem.

Paid for my tickets and still never received it and I am still waiting Trying to get in touch with somebody never got a phone number still waiting on an email still havent received my ticket in my email and then lesson 48 hours totally unhappy and unacceptable Oh it was no phone number to speak to a live person

Tickets missing on my ASX webpage

Your system upgrade lost my purchased tickets. I have lost tickets to REO Speedwagon in Arlington Texas Trust Theater Nov 8 2021, and tickets to Brit Floyd in 2022.
