Magnesium oil-rip off
- Fell for hype magnesium oil would ease cramps.

Sadly I fell for the hype in the advertisement that the PURE ZECHSTEIN MAGNESIUM OIL would help leg cramps, leg pain or restless legs, used it every night before going to bed, the only thing it did was make my pajamas greasy and the linens on the bed, no relief from the leg cramps or restless legs, THIS COMPANY AND THE VENDORS THAT SELL IT ARE THIEVES, and I cant return it, so I am out of $16.95 plus tax.
I took it along to my last doctor appointment showed it to him, he stated it is the same mineral oil sold at the dollar store to used as a laxative, it would not help with pain or cramps in the legs.

Many brands of the "wonder" magnesium oil out there. You fell for the hype but now you know. It is, indeed of no value in pain relief---only as a placebo.
