Bought a laptop for my wife at Christmas for her business. Within the first 3 months hard drive went. Now here we are less than a year later and the hard drive went. Keep sending it back for repair, my wife has been in contact with them and they JUST DON'T CARE!!!

I bought an Asus laptop in August of 2015 from hhgregg and within 6 months it wasn't working and the DVD never worked. Called Asus tech support and they couldn't fix it after they took my $89 for 1 y of IT support they said they would send a replacement that never came and when I called back they couldn't find my information. Never buy an Asus product.
