Unable to log in
I am a customer of yours, but I cannot access my Asus storage because of the two-factor authorization you just implemented. I get an error message saying my email is not valid, even though it is a Google email.
I cannot contact you directly because your help only works after logging in to your account, which I cannot do. Resetting my password won't help because you have an issue with my email address. Can you please advise on how to get back into my account?
I need my data. Steven Shapira.

The company has not solved my problem, I cannot always access the service because the additional authentication does not work. I asked for a refund from PayPal.

I asked for assistance and received only an email with links requesting me to log in. My problem is just that I can't log in since the MFA is not working, consequently I can't open the ticket and therefore can't solve the problem.
