I am a customer of yours, but I cannot access my Asus storage because of the two-factor authorization you just implemented. I get an error message saying my email is not valid, even though it is a Google email.
I cannot contact you directly because your help only works after logging in to your account, which I cannot do. Resetting my password won't help because you have an issue with my email address. Can you please advise on how to get back into my account?
