Awful.They raised my deductible twice without notifying me and now that my phone did break (2 weeks ago) im just sitting on backorder because they dont have and will go through absolutely zero effort to get my phone. Asurion was the worst experience that I've ever had. I called in a claim for a lost phone. They gave me a deductible that was the price a few dollars in reach of me buying a new phone. The phone is not new at all. The people were awfully, uncaring, unhelpful, and abrupt. I was passed on to three people. One after the other, none was able to help.
