Do not let them fool you! Direct tv/at&t will talk you into getting the premiere protection plan and Asurion will not do the work to fix it. It is a money making scam!! I pay monthy for the plan(25 dollars), paid the fee and sent my tv in because the picture would slowly fade away to a dark screen. Then they sent it back saying it had a cracked panel inside the tv making the picture screen look cracked and broken and the power just keeps turning... Read more

I have had insurance on my phone and it is an active phone on my account but since I have not used the phone in 6 months, it won't be covered! Associate was very rude and didn't care if I cancelled or not.

I am paying 12 dollars per month for two years and I had to pay 150 deductible only to receive a used phone which stopped working after a few days. Then I got a new phone again and after a few months, the phone stopped working. They have very bad customer service, talk to you rudely. Asurion is a Bad Joke. You are put on a waiting list indefinitely for phones they are supposed to stock. The robot calls you ever couplr of days to remind you that your phone is still unavailable. To top it off when they do send you a phone, it is usually refurbished and a complete POS that doesn't even function like it is supposed to. Sent back 3 phones in rapid succession to those A$$holes. Had a lg vista 2 and had broken batteries cover plate was all it needs assurio wants me too pay 120dollars and can them cheaper off Internet cheaper first claim with them since 2010 not what I would call insurance when deductible more than product

I purchased 2- 3yrs Walmart Care Plans when I purchased my Vizio 32 in. LCD Smart Television and my Acer Aspire Desk Top Computer. First there was the part the power up the computer went bad and the computer I couldn't get it to power up I contacted these people, and they tell me they couldn't service my computer because it was showing in their system as a Laptop Computer. Had 3 phones sent to me since 8/16 Each one was worse then the other Customer care. Just doesn't care. Worst experience ever Offered to send me another phone. Why. They all suck

Broke my screen and filed a climb THROUGH MY INSURANCE with ATT, and was excited to hear Asurion had people come out to your house. However this company has cancelled on me twice an hour before my appointments to fix my broken screen because "they don't have the part stocked".
