The last room had no spiders but instead huge cockroaches. They refused to refund my money after only 10 minutes being there and we hadn't even unpacked yet.

This is a legitimate complaint and many others on other sites mention being rented rooms only to find used nasty condoms in bathtubs of the room they were rented. Theyre sick nasty nasty ppl thatll do anything to make a dollar.
