Worst cust service
- Order: four items; two shipped, two not delivered.
- Support via email, chat, and social is unresponsive; I expect a refund for missing items.
I originally placed an order for four items. Two were shipped and received.
The other two items were being shipped separately for some reason and have not been received. I've reached out numerous times via email and chat with little to no response. I expect a full refund for the two items that have not been received yet or shipment of the two items with valid shipping information.
The customer service is very poor for a business not having a phone number and forcing customers to communicate via social media. Never again.
User's recommendation: Beware! The worst customer service ever no way to reach a person. You just have to message through social media and pray somebody gets back to you.

- Gift never arrived; many emails, shipping protection bought, no resolution.
- Order number not sent to ROUTE; customer says scam.
I have emailed countless times. This was a gift for a special occasion and it never arrived and the company has no customer service other than email which is rarely answered and no help.
I even purchased shipping protection and they wont respond to me and the order number wasnt sent to ROUTE (they have verified).
Hoping between route, Bank of America and social media I make sure this never happens to anyone again. This is a scam!
