Would not recommend renting here
- - Noise from overhead apartment was constant.
- - Management did nothing to resolve it and charged us after leaving for not giving enough notice.
Rented in this complex. We had such noise issues in the apartment overhead and the management did nothing to resolve except to tell us to discuss with the tenant.
The noise was nearly constant & excessive, pounding noises on floor for hours of the day, sometimes overnight. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had.
Upon leaving, they charged us for not giving enough notice, which we did.
We never had an end date on our notice, only what was required by them. This was THEIR way of claiming more money when they actually OWED us money.
