Customer Service is now in S Korea and not very helpful
- First repair via Inovixion in CA accepted a credit card.
- Last return via FedEx: $50 USD transfer + $45, total $90; about a month.
This is the second time I had to send my A&K SE 180 back to S Korea, the first it went through Inovixion is CA and it was easy to pay any cost associated with my repair as they accepted a Credit Card. The last time I had to send it via FED-EX on my own and pay $50,00 for a USD Bank transfer which was a nightmare, I ended up paying an additional $45 to complete a Federal USA Bank transfer fee, so to get my unit back, it cost me $90,00 and it took 2 attempts at completing a bank transfer, which was about a month

When I attach the dap to any computer and read the list to be synced it includes over 500 items, mostly symbols, jpeg files, & many useless items; it also has the music Im trying to create on JRIVER MEDIA PLAYER OR ITUNES, it doesnt matter which. I used to use IRIVER4 software but cant it anymore.
Can you please help me ? The original manual says you can make a playlist on the player but I cant seem to to figure out how; please tell me step by stem instructions. Last problem..Jimmy Moon had suggested a long time ago that I need the original cable to make it download correctly, but forgot to send it, maybe because he was leaving; I have not been able to synchronize new music since then & if I have to buy the cable please tell me how. My address is {{redacted}}, United States & I have written several times & sometimes it bounces back or I dont get an answer .
I was an Early Adopter & took a chance for a lot of money & think you would help me when I ask. Actually I have a new playback problem; when I play a song the player goes from the play symbol to pause symbol & stops playing until I press it again; any suggestions?

Support never respond
- Support didn't respond for over a month.
- A stuck pixel appeared within a month.
- Warranty doesn't cover it; the return took weeks.
Support didn't respinded for 9ver a minth.
After not even 1 month of ownership of 1 of their DAPs stuck pixel appeared.
Support didn't bother to answer at all.
Send back the product and after 2 weeks I receiced info that warranty doesn't cover that.
Stikl waitijg fir my product to come back.
Delivery takes 3 weeks so far.
1 month of support not beeing abke to contact me at all then literally waitihelng 2 weeks just to tell me they won't help me and now it takes ages to send me faukty product back
Bad service
- Phone support used to work without issues.
- Now I can't reach anyone by phone.
- Email support requires paying for 'just answers' to connect.
In the past, I had customer service phone support without issues. Now I cant get anyone on the phone and if I try to email customer support, I am told to pay for just answers to connect me, which is an unnecessary scam.
