One of the worst companies i have ever worked for. Had to report them to TWC so i could collect a 40 hour paycheck they owed me. Then they screwed up my W-2 form. You give someone your SS card and they cannot even write down your SS# correctly. I can only imagine how they screw up the customers information. Totally incompetent company.
Let the company propose a solution
Find a different company. Lack of communication.
The technician was knowledgeable, however failed to mention that each pound of refrigerant costs $75/lbs BEFORE putting in a total of 8 pounds of refrigerant in my 2 AC units. At the end of it all, the total came out to $600. The technician stated that he "ASSUMED" I knew it would cost that much. How in the world would know it would cost that much if I'm not familiar with today's market for R-22 refrigerant? So I asked him to take out the 8 pounds of refrigerant he put in. He took out 4 pounds of refrigerant from the left AC unit, however, the compression device stopped working and needed about a 10 minute recovery period. He became impatient and stated that he had other appointments and that he couldn't wait any longer to withdraw the remaining 4 pounds of refrigerant. The technician left. I then received a courtesy call from the company saying that they will be filing a complaint with the city attorney for unpaid services, which I agreed to pay for and did pay for over the phone ($300 for the 4 pounds left behind in my 2nd AC unit). If the technician took out the remaining 4 pounds, then this review would not be written. Overall, very dissatisfied with the communication, or lack thereof. As a customer, we deserve to know how much each pound of refrigerant is going to cost before the technician just replaces the refrigerant, then gives you a $600 bill. The technician agreed to withdraw the refrigerant that was put in, however, it's not my fault that his equipment (compression device) failed, therefore, unable to withdraw the remaining 4 pounds of refrigerant. He should have either waited for the compression device to work, or call someone to bring in another one to so he could withdraw the remaining 4 pounds. Very unsatisfied with this company. I would look elsewhere for AC servicing.

Unprofetional company, Not commenting the lady RUDE RUDE RUDE seams she has no education at all the way she anwers phone so unprefetional wouldnt recomment this company too No one Not too mention is Not worth to work there. At all my husband got riped off with out permission they charge him on uniforms that he doesnt have or purchase at that time #never weard# he worked only 2 wks Glad he''QUIT"...

They scam money from homeowners
Assured Mechanical Solutions in DeSoto Tx will not answer or call you back after they have been dispatched by American Homeshield Warraty Co. The lack of professionalism would put most people out of business, but I guess tied to a national company Like AHS, they can scam 60.00 at a time from consumers. No call backs, no communication of any kind. When trying to contact I get nothing but voice mail from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. I just want information concerning my service and they will not return my call until forced by AHS. Then I am supposed to wait 5 to 7 days to get my issue solved. Can anybody explain to me why I should wait that long for a simple A/C fix when I pay monthly for a service to fix any of my problems ?
