- - Phone has problems; the caller says a threat from an Assurance Wireless worker; corporate email in Thomasville, AL failed; plans to mail via USPS.
Why the phone was having so many problems? Being threatened on the phone by a low grade worker by Assurance Wireless.
Tried to emai the Corporate Office in Thomasville; Al. Came back, would not accept. Now!
I plan to send it by US Postal worker. Tmobile is part of ths company, look itup on the internet.

- - Hung up three times.

I have been trying to contact assurance for over 1 hour to speak with their corporate office. This is a joke.
Their employees give me a phone number but it is not the corporate office.
No one can help and I have been hung up on 3 times. I would not recommend this company.
