I was threatened by a dam worker in the Philapines dealing with Assurance Wireless.
Why the phone was having so many problems? Being threatened on the phone by a low grade worker by Assurance Wireless.
Tried to emai the Corporate Office in Thomasville; Al. Came back, would not accept. Now!
I plan to send it by US Postal worker. Tmobile is part of ths company, look itup on the internet.

Return equipment call does not go through
The call does not go through. No customer service. They make it extremely hard to get a hold of HR and find out what's going on.

I no longer work at Assurance I have not received my w2
I’m no longer an employee I have completed everything I need to. Assurance has not sent me my W2 so I can file my taxes. It’s March 5th,2023
I no longer work at Assurance I have sent back all the equipment. I need my W2 tax forms from this company so I can file my taxes.
They havent sent them to me. And its March 5th, 2023!

Trying to contact them
I have been trying to contact assurance for over 1 hour to speak with their corporate office. This is a joke.
Their employees give me a phone number but it is not the corporate office.
No one can help and I have been hung up on 3 times. I would not recommend this company.

Paid all the fee 15.00 per month, and they wanted to charge me 99.50 to repair a screen what a scam they are
