Can't order on computer

They canceled my order without reasons and that was the final sale - no returns! The next day, that size was still available, but the price was higher by $170.

There are no communications. Very upset!!!

Refund issue

Assos has had my return for 14 days according to FedEx tracking information and still no refund. Unable to contact them by phone but they did respond to my email (found in spam).

They said it may be over 15 business days before I get my refund.

This is not the customer service I expect when purchasing an expensive premium product. I definitely wont purchase from them again.
