Horrible. Refused to fill my standing prescription and cancelled my care for no reason.

I cannot believe they did this to me!!! I lost my insurance so my medication cost suddenly went from $3 per month to $320.00.

I asked Dr. Colleen McCreery for a more affordable brand and she refused saying the other brand was short term and she would not approve a short term medicine for me. After paying another $320 I did my own research and found that the brand I had requested did offer a time release medication similar to what I was currently paying for. I emailed the doc again informing her of the medication I had found.

(something which should not have been necessary) I called in more than a week later to find that the email had not been reviewed and my doc and that she wasn't available to talk. I was promised a call back that never came. I called again the next week, again she was busy and I left a message. No return call was received.

I ran out of medication yesterday and called again to find out that they cancelled me as a patient. I was told that 2 return calls were made but I have an answering service connected to the number they called and no calls or messaged were received or recorded. They also said they sent a certified letter that I never received and they admitted it was returned to them as not received. I asked for one more refill of the very expensive medicine at least until I could locate and get set up with another doctor and was denied, the reason given was that they had tried to contact me unsuccessfully so they refused to refill it now.

NONE of this makes sense and now I am left without the medicine I need. Thanks for nothing Dr.

McCreery, I will keep you in my prayers as you are obviously practicing medicine for some reason other than helping people. Sad.
