Very bad company never return calls. over charging contractors. Late payments i i know of alot of people who regret using this company. They missed my rent for 3 months i was seriously out of pocket.

ARPM property management

DO NOT RENT FROM ARPM. I feel bad for any PSU student/family that deals with them. They are dishonest and cover themselves so IF YOU DARE rent, please read the contract carefully AND BUY a camera/video or phone and take video or pics of every wall, ceiling, door, appliance, floor, rug, bulb, screen, door, window, blind, *** baseboard, (basically everything) in the place before move in and after. They will clean you out in the end and bill you for everything whether you clean or not. My son and his roommates rented 2 places and both times lost their entire deposit. First time they cleaned and left the keys on the table for them in the summer when done. They charged them $100 EACH for not returning them to the office when they were clearly there. They had a company come in and steam clean the rugs, provided a receipt and ARPM charged them again…. basically you will get nothing back or perhaps owe. They produce fake invoices and in our case charged us $850+ for an 18 cf fridge that costs $400 and had no receipt. After getting the BBB involved, we were not responsible and charge was reversed (stating their error?). Please write or email your complaints to the Better Business Bureau (link below). They will take action and respond. Unless there are multiple complaints to them, there will be nothing done. https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/nature-of-complaint/ PSU parents and students should not have to deal with this group. Also write to the PS newspaper, PSU University President and any advocacy groups you can find. GOOD LUCK
