Verified ReviewerWorst HOA ever
HOA management company that doesn't have a phone number, and you can only communicate via the app. You ask a question on the app, and your question becomes "closed" without them ever contacting you.
They have someone drive through the neighborhood to record violations. Our violation? a tuft of grass. Our lawn is mowed once a week.
They are unreachable, and have a canned response for every issue you bring to their attention. Speeding? Towns responsibility. Fireworks going off?
Give them an address. Golf carts being driven by minors? Call the police. So, a tuft of grass is a violation, but everything else?
Not their problem. Last I checked, a tuft of grass never killed anyone.
Preferred solution: DO THEIR JOB and stop stalking

I have done so, multiple times, and each concern is dismissed as being "The responsibility of the town..." EVERY SINGLE TIME. Your representatives DO NOT EMAIL ME, they simply close out each comment.
You don't have a phone number to speak to a human. It is beyond frustrating that the rules are only applied to some residents. Our neighbors CONTINUALLY park their cars on the common area grass, directly across the street from a board member, but we get dinged for having a tuft of grass when our lawn is mowed weekly?
We have lived here for over 15 years, and this is *** having someone drive around taking pictures of our home and lawn. THIS is why Associa has a 1.5 star rating on Yelp.
