Cancelled Install and Returned Basketball Goal After 2 months of Waiting

This company is terrible. I was told multiple times I would receive a callback, which never occurred. I spent nearly 2 months trying to get a basketball goal installed. The installer did not show up at least 4 times. Today I cancelled my install, requested a refund and will return the goal. I have purchased another goal, $1000 more expensive than the first from a local retailer and it will be installed in a week at half the installation price of Assembler's Inc. Stay away from these guys.

This company is so shady, when I worked there in customer service they brought documents over and asked us to sign the documents instead of having customers sign. They will lie to customer and they say they are a nationwide company but can never find coverage in most areas. This is a small company with small minded managers who pretend to be doing better than they are. Ill be shocked if they survive longer than 3 years.

RUN far away from this company!! The reviews are correct, the whole company(top down) tells you what you want to hear to get you to the stores then leaves you hanging or throws you under the bus...that is, if they even have stores for you...if you bring your own business, they try to steal it away, all the while shorting your pay, changing procedures to the point of insanity &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; again paid INCORRECTLY more than correctly. Dont think your different, they are bullies & liars. Save your time & energy to give to a company that actually cares & pays their people!

Payroll issue

I havent received any deposit for my weeks pay yet and I havent received anything back from you folks either about any explanation of whats going on with my payment deposit. Also when I call the customer service number and go to the employee extension they give you a answering machine and still no one gets back to you.. not cool at all!!

Missing in Action

Went back and forth with these people for over 11 days trying to get my merchandise delivered. 2 failed deliveries (they never showed) and 16 phones calls 6 emails later I still didn’t have it. So I cancelled the order. I hope they go to chapter 11, I really do. Please save yourself some hassle and go with someone else.

My mother recently bought a treadmill and an elliptical from Academy. we were referred to yall to assemble her equipment.

You were quick to accept payment of 150.00 75.00 for each but it's been over a week and we have yet to have her equipment assembled. the first appointment was set but apparently the technician lived 3 hours away got lost and decided to go home. my mother waited from 12 to 4 and no one showed up or even gave her a courtesy call. I called the next day I was kept on hold for 20 minutes while they contacted the technician and then I was told a supervisor would be calling my mom.

This was last Wednesday.. still no call. I called again today. my mother needs a Spanish speaking rep..they said..

they will call her in 10 minutes.. it's 3 hours later and still no call.

I'm upset and frustrated that we are being given the run around. You take our money and then don't make good on your word to do what you were hired to do.

I bought the assembly option from HomeDepo for a grill. Assemblers Inc has demonstrated to be totally ineffective. They send emails saying they tried to contact me and don’t reply to my emails validating my phone number. I have talked to their customer service 3 times asking them to please schedule the assembly. It turns out that their customer service department is a service and they are fed up because Assemblers Inc does not respond to their calls. It has been 3 weeks since I received the grill and I still have not been contacted by assemblers inc to schedule their service. So my advice is do not buy the assembly option at Home Depo. I need to ask for a refund because I am assembling the grill myself this weekend. Assemblers Inc is absolutely the worst.

Assembler. Inc, Houston TX, slogan “WE BUILD MEMORIES” Damn if they didn’t build a memory from *** Absolute worst service I’ve received since living in Iran back in the mid-1970’s. At least back there you had no expectations service or quality control. Fast forward, May 16, 2019 we purchase a new treadmill from Academy, they highly recommend Assembler, to deliver and install. •Receive email from Assembler May 17, to schedule delivery. •Assembler calls me and schedule delivery for Thur May 23, 10am-29m •Pay via Ax May 20 for delivery and assembly. •At home May 23 10-2pm. At 1:35 w/o contact from of Assembler I call them to determine if delivery is coming. Placed on hold 22 minutes before (2:05pm) getting a response. I requested update on delivery, placed on hold additional 10 min for service to respond it wasn’t going to be delivered as promised. I requested a new delivery date (after Memorial Day) of Thur May 30, 10-4pm. (I don’t who I talked with, but w/o having the name of who you talk to, you don’t exist if they make a mistake) •At home May 30, call Assembler 9:45 to confirm delivery 10-2pm. After 12 minutes, hello who are you, we don’t have anything scheduled today for you. Well, if you don’t know who you talked with, then you didn’t schedule. (I was on the phone for 40 minutes previously and didn’t reschedule!!) Explained situation, placed on hold additional 20 minutes while they investigated and guaranteed delivery this day 10-2pm. This time the delivery person did call at 3:45 and said 2-2-½ hrs (ie latest 6:15) We said OK, he showed at 7:35. Only saving grace was he was a nice person to install. Bottom line, call 888-499-**** and see what the service office provides (for new or old orders), both times I called for delivery service were 45 minutes plus (documented)

No Show by Assemblers, Inc.

I bought a Weber Grill at Home Depot, and Assemblers was the company HD uses for assembly. They told me they would do the assembly on a Monday in May. We waited at home the entire day, and they didn't appear. I called and was told, no, they didn't schedule me for that day, and that I would get an email confirming when they would do the job. I was called back to tell me they would arrive Thursday morning, and then got confirming email of same. They never showed up. Despite calls and emails to them they have never showed up to do the job. These people really stink.

We bought an outdoor furniture and paid $100 for assemblers inc to assemble it, but they never showed up to my place! They asked my availability three different times, and no one ever showed up. Every time I would call them, I had to wait at least 20 minutes to be connected with a technician! Not sure how this company still in business.
