They send me a wrong package I received invoice 317431 and my invoice is 317432 if you looking in the system you found that is wrong I need my clothes and I need a return label the initial on the invoice is KC thanks

WATCH OUT - FRAUDULENT GUARANTEE I purchased a pair of shorts from ASRV. After receiving them, I instantly realized that the product was not the quality I expected. I went online and went through their return process and paid for a return shipping label. I sent the product back - it was never opened - and still had its original tags on it and in its plastic bag. I sent it back the day after I received it. They just sent it back to me with no note, but after sending them an email they claimed "smelled like it had been worn." This is a ludicrous claim, I never even fully removed it from its bag! I checked the BBB website and found 11 other IDENTICAL complaints showing that this is their standard practice to avoid honoring their return policy. This company is a SCAM and should be avoided at all costs.
