I'm still disappointed. They didn't fully resolve the issue, as they refunded me an amount of AUD298.10 on the 22nd of Feb 2023 against the amount AUD750 I paid for on Dec 2022 for 2 items.

At first they promise to replace the other item as it wasnt available and send a refund for the other item.

The refund happened after I reported them to this webste still I haven't receive any communication from them. Apology for not giving an update at once as I went on holiday with a limited access to email.

Hi, I haven't received any updates with regards to my issue as per the subject. And it says in my record it's been shipped. I ordered on Dec & account has been debited as soon as the order has been submitted. My order has been changed in the website as well. I want a full refund i don't care about the items anymore. I can forward you the series of communications saying it's being looked at but nothings happening. Any help on this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks, Elizabeth Labago

I had ordered an engraved pair of silver cuff links. When it arrived , I found that the engraving was missing. Spoke customer services who were quite helpful and return was arranged

Faulty product but despite trying I have been unable to speak to customer services to resolve it. Very disappointed for an alleged luxury brand.

Wrong product sent

Sadly, I would have spent more money with Aspinal if your returns policy and delivery charges had been comparable to other companies. I have bought many items from your company over the years and Im very happy to pay a delivery charge.

However occasionally, as on this occasion the item that arrived was not as described in the photograph on the website and therefore I wanted to exchange the item for another item.

This whole process would have cost me dearly.

What I would like to see is the ability to return free of charge if another item is purchased.

I was told this would not happen and therefore I am returning the items and not purchasing another! -I think that is bad business as you have lost money from a loyal customer

What does the gift wrap include?

I have received my order 303889****, two diaries that I purchase every Christmas. I am very disappointed as they both came in just a box, no ribbon around them or bag. I paid an extra £5 each for wrapping. I would appreciate if you could sort this out for me. Thankyou
