Horrible business !!! damaged dresser
I had bought your Aspen home bedroom furniture from local furniture outlet We received it with A big crack on February 24th I took A pic of it And even wrote on their delivery papers they created A work order the Repair guys Said we need A new drawer coz the driver was damaged too And Also crack on the bottom of the dresser I have pictures of that local outlet tells me that they have no paperwork And Apparently you guys Are willing to give us A 25 $ discount !!! I Am frustrated At this whole thing didnt know people Are in business of Ripping customers these days
Don’t buy furniture- extremely toxic and will kill you!
I bought office furniture from this company that nearly killed me. I spent $60,000 in medical bills, went to the hospital numerous times, developed upper respiratory issues, GI issues, full blown immune response issues from their products.
I went as far as had genetic testing done to look at my detox pathways to see if I could possibly be a sensitive person to toxins- per my results I do not.
There could be up to 10,000 chemicals in furniture and they do not off gas their products. I hope to put this company out of business for ruining my life.

Preferred solution: To put this company out of business. They are causing people to get cancer
Unsturdy bed
I have spent 4500 dollars on my bed and have had to fix it several times due to the unsturdy boards that hold the box springs and mattress up.
