Poor Management
- - Leasing staff are unprofessional and slow.
- - Late fees were charged despite never being late.
- - Cabinets fall, dishwashers fail, and appliances feel cheap.
After living in level 550 for almost a year, the experience with the leasing staff is very poorly and unprofessional. They made a mistakeand did not remove extra un valid charges until next invoice.
But when we had an issue paying rent on the first late fee was charged right away, nor the staff or management will remove it because of the policy. And we have never been late on rent. Never I have heard or experienced this. Overall this place is not worth renting.
Even spoke with Asia aspen management and was not pleasant to speak too, either. This place is a joke. No wonder they always have units available. Cabinets are always falling off, dishwashers have issues as shown as pic, quality of the appliances is CHEAP.
NOT WORTH IT.
They charge insane extra fees and deposit. Save ur money and move somewhere better.
User's recommendation: Don’t waste ur money, leasing staff doesn’t care about you. There strict when it comes to paying rent on the first and if you ask for one time fee, they will come back and say you are trying to get special treatment. They also always have issues with acs, dishwashers, cabinets are always coming off. Quality overall is cheap. And they charge insane fees and deposit. NOT WORTH IT. oh and summer random people always come to the pool who don’t live here.
