Aspen Needs to be Investigated
Aspen is aggressively attempting to collect on a fictitous debt. Our name was refered to them by a time share company. We did no business with any timeshare company. My question is: How in the world did they get an "A" BBB rating? I stated all that needs to be said here. Why do I need one hundred words? Why do I need one hundred words? This Company is a joke! So rude!! Holier than Tho! I actually paid them my Timeshare Dues and they have yet to submit the payments and are actually charging me interest daily. Shame on this Company!!! I have filed complaints on Aspen National, Grand Junction before because of the way they treat people in general. They wonder why people don't answer the phone when they call. I would rather deal with the resort directly. It is harassment the way these people treat you and constantly call. Im sure they would get better results if they just showed a little kindness and understanding. Our jobs are seasonal, so we do get behind, BUT ALWAYS take care our our account!

Rude, mean totally unfeeling. They don't call to help resolve issues. They call to make your life an even bigger problem. Name calling, accusatory, demeaning, condescending, unkind and impatient. Pray you never have to deal with these people. I'm surprised these resorts still use them. What happened to respect and proper business manners in dealing with EVERY customer regardless of their financial status???? Our situation will and is improving. With the number of complaints leveled against these people, I wonder how they're helping the people they represent, forgetting that there's no situation that's ever permanent. In the USA economy of today, nothing is really guaranteed except God helps you, and yet they carry on as though they were perfect financial experts. Remember you are dealing with people, real human beings. Just like you are. But maybe then, you are not. Shame on you all!

Dealing with Aspen for Bluegreen Collections is nightmare
I have been an owner in Bluegreen Corporation for 12 years. This year while facing a tremendous legal debt, I have been struggling to pay my maintenance fees and club dues. I started receiving calls from Aspen saying they were collecting a debt. They never identified themselves as where the debt originated and that they were connected with Bluegreen Corporation. Aspen was completely disrespectful and unwilling to negotiate to get payment arrangements made. Aspen refused to have any compassion or understanding and help me workout payment arrangements other than them telling me to pay the entire amt due today. Poor customer service reflects poorly on BlueGreen and must get rid of Aspen or face the consequences.
