Poor service from the manger at fern creek Louisville Ky Carla should be managing a McDonald’s we will never eat here again .
My father ordered a steak dinner medium. It came out rare.
They wanted to take it back and re-cook it he refused. He asked them to take it off the bill Carla came out and took it off his plate and took a whole seven dollars off of his meal Ill never be back here. Worst customer service I ever had. like she thought we were gonna eat the steak just terrible customer service.
Carla should be working at a drive-through restaurant. Shes not cut out to be a manager at a restaurant like Aspen Creek..
