Refund request

Due to covid we were unable to meet the requirements. So I am trying request for assistance with regards to a refund but I am not getting any assistance or responses. Assistance will be highly appreciated. Mr S W Williams

ASM Scholarships - Refund denied
First of all, I am very surprised that such things happen in the USA - in a country where customer rights and reliability are the foundation of many businesses. I am a client of the ASM agency, which advertises a top agency related to sports scholarships. I have seen famous ambassadors many times and that is why I believed that I could trust this company. Let me describe my case. My name is Kamil Kur and I signed with ASM December 2018. The most important issue that was base for my and my parents decision was evaluation I got from ASM manager Brendon. I got evaluation that confirmed I have chances for Full Ride scholarship in Junior College. It was said but additionally written. I underlined few times to double check it, as for me the only chance to fulfill my dream was to to get full ride. After having such strong confirmation I got plan for 2 instalments. The plan was that: a) I have to prepare a very good film presenting my person. That is why I involved my trainer, people from the club and even my parents. b) my profile was built at the end of January b) based on the preliminary information on the assessment of my profile, ASM was to recommend to me if they would check in JUCO (and then I had to take the TOEFL exam) or if there were chances for Division II in NCAA (and then I had to pass SAT1) c) According to ASM, the first feedback information was to appear within 3-4 months. At that time, I was to make a second payment Unfortunately, since the creation of the profile, the cooperation has been very bad. As other people write complaints - ASM did not do its work. There was no activity. The only contact was after I asked for him. As a result, nothing happened for many months. After several complaints about the lack of any information, ASM told me to take the TOEFL exam. I did it in July 2019. Unfortunately, little has changed. I had a very short conversation with one of the trainers, after which I had no information again. So almost a year passed. After several more complaints and refund requests. I totally lost my trust in ASM. I asked many times for refunds and all the time I heard empty promises. When they seen that I am serious and I really want to fight for my refund ( that was promised to me, if any scholarship offer appear and it never happened) they said lately that there are 2 Junior colleges interested but still it wasn't an offer of scholarship. It happen more than one year after I build the profile I have proofs for all above. I have emails. I will do my best to prove that ASM service is far away from their promises. What I learnt they used false evaluation and mislead me as a consumer. If they would said that I have very little chance for scholarship, I would understand. But they promised me the service they were not able to offer. So how they can keep my money for the service I partially paid and never get it? In one of the shart call with ASM owner Chris Vidal, it occurred that in ASM System they even did not marked that I am interested in Junior College. This call was one year after I started to work with ASM. Kamil Kur.
