Never ever deal with them

Tried to make an overseas call and didn't work, called their service # was told have to request for it, so I did. Then tried again and heard some recorded, non-English language, not knowing what it is.

Called them again, they said will look into it, later on told me tried again, this time I got to talked with my friend but only last for 3 min, then what my friend said on the phone was repeated to me like a replayed recording.

Called them again, tried again after they said already fixed it, heard non-English recorded voice again, called them again yesterday, told me tried tonight, just did, after dial the number nothing, not even dial tone , . Will call again tomorrow, but don't think they care to solve whatever problems users report.

Greedy Asians taking advantage of the Elderly

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We recently transitioned into small business ownership and we decided to use the Asian American Association Telecom Services. They charged 70$ for unlimited long distance calls which isn't bad.

We decided to switch to AT&T to start a bundle deal with internet. AAA Telecom Services said that once we switch, we wouldn't be billed. However, we were still charged for the month of may, even thought we switched 2 weeks before our billing statement. Customer service is horrendous.

They do not care about you or value you as a customer. They just want their next buck. They definitely take advantage of the elderly because they know those are easy targets that don't have the capacity to deal with the workers.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!! You will regret it.

Preys on the elderly

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This telecom company preys on elderly Asian customers. They are staffed with native Korean and Chinese speakers, which is fine, but none of them speak or understand English.

They target elderly Korean and Chinese immigrants, promise them lower rates, then pull a bait-and-switch. Monthly charges are higher than any other service provider and they make it nearly impossible to terminate your contract.

Gbs construction

The salesman said I could save a lot, but I had to pay more than before.

Think carefully and join.

Once registered, it was too difficult to move to another company. When I move to other company- I have not been able to use my company phone number for a week because they disconnected the phone line before ready to connect other line. The customer service was very unkindly and did not reconnect the phone line. So I got huge financial damage.

I don't recommend this Asian American Association Telecom Services(http://www.aaats.com)

Asian American Association Telecom Services

Asian American Association Telecom Services (AAATS) is a company that some how appeared in my life. I have AT&T since I moved to San Diego (for about five years) and have no problems with any third-party communications companies.

For international calls I always use a calling card to place these calls. About six months ago this company called Asian American Association Telecom Services (AAATS) started to bill me for calls I have never made. Those calls were actually made during the time my spouse and I were out working and the kids were at school.

After a few more attempts in framing me saying I owe them all the charges from July up to this point they start calling me and saying they will refer me to a collection agency if I don't start paying these "bills" to them by the 22nd. So, AAATS is a scam and want to frame an innocent person to pay for charges that were not even legit in the first place.
