I lost 1 credit and i did not use it

I tried to explain they have been taking my credits just yesterday they took 1 full credit. I had enough to write a letter the took .5 and another .5 so no letter. I tried to call and complain but their phone No out of order. They said go to web page I tried But was directed to buymore credits. One other thing they say when day is free two times a day They lie they say free than say you have to many Unanswered say hi 's it is a rip off. Victor Borchardt 5

Get credits

Very poor response. I've been trying at least for 25 days for them to make my credits available I can't buy credits for some reason and they won't help me find out why. Also they have not responded to my query of how to use the call service. I agreed to set up a time with my lady in China but nothing happened. They don't tell me if I'm supposed to use my regular phone or if they'll call me through the site or what the process is. I'm very frustrated with Asia me

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.

I was charged 4 credits for a chat session that didn't happen. The asiame phone number was "not in service " so I filed a ticket on the Asiame support site. I'm awaiting a response and/or resolution.
