Mark Strange is the Owner. He will start your job and never finish.
Bounces checks to his subs. Provides receipts to you for mortgage company but he wrote hot checks so he gets money but you don’t get your completed project. Everything he owns has so many liens or has been foreclosed on.
He filed bankruptcy in last. Has felony charges for hot check pending in Brazoria county.

He collected nearly all the money for both houses and never finish either.

- - As of 8/31/18, the project is not complete and funds are owed from bounced checks.
I entered into a contract with ashwood construction, owner Mark Strange back in June 2017 to demo an existing home and build a new home. Contract stated 150 days for completion at an agreed price.
As of today 8/31/18 the home is still not 100% complete and monies are owed back to me from bounced checks that Mark wrote to me as well as to sub contractors. Every day is a new excuse as to why he cannot pay or get the job complete. He has burned bridges with many sub contractors.
Over promises and under delivers. Tells you what you want to hear knowing he cannot meet what he says.
