Last week, lightning struck our house and it fried some of my appliances and electrical components. I tried calling Ashton Woods for customer service, but every number I called was never answered by anyone and there was always voicemail. After I checked the breaker boxes, there was a 24 hour number that I had to call multiple times to get someone to answer. Ive been in this house for nine months and customer service for Ashton Woods Sucks!!!!!!!!!! I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED SERVICE FOR MULTIPLE WARRANTY REQUESTS THAT I SENT OVER 6 MONTHS AGO FOR MY UNEVEN BACKYARD!!!!! MY WARRANTY REQUEST EXPIRES ON DEC 29, 2021. EVERY TIME IT RAINS, THE WATER JUST PILES UP IN MY BACKYARD AND THEN THE PEOPLE WHO STAY BEHIND ME, THEIR WATER DRAINS FROM THEIR YARD INTO MINE, AND IT TURNS INTO A SWAMP FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS, AND THE GRASS CAN NOT BE CUT! No one has given me the status of my warranty request yet; Im pretty sure no one is coming or is going to give me an update either; probably, this email will go un-noticed too. NEXT YEAR I WILL BE MOVING ON TO A DIFFERENT HOME AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ASHTON WOODS TO ANYONE; ASHTON WOODS DONT GIVE A *** AND I DONT EITHER!!
