I returned a doll and , I am still getting billed for it. Never got a refund just a bill for the remaining amount for it.

Being billed for an item that was returned. My account shows no orders and no account but yet I have a bill owed and no refund. I am not paying for an item that I returned .

Ashton Service Group - Overcharging almost 2 to 3x other companies
So I just had a recent service with Ashton Service Group.Here is what you need to know about this company: 1.Their 79.99 dispatch fee is just to have someone come to your house. It doesn't include any time to do anything. They will give you an estimate and if you want the work done the cost is IN ADDITION to the 79.99 2.Their fees are double or triple any other company and they don't charge by the hour. They charge by the task. So even if the task takes 15 min it might be $200+ for that task. So they might do 3 tasks at a $900 total and it only take them an hour. 3.Their ploy is that they are already at your house and you've already spent $79.99 to get them there so you feel like you are already invested and just go along with their services instead of wasting 79.99 and calling someone else there. You then agree to pay their extremely high fees without any time to price check other companies. They make you sign to agree to services rendered before work is performed so you cannot try to refuse to pay after you realize you have been grossly overcharged. 4.Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is BS. I have tried calling and contacting them via their website form but no one will call me back. They simply state that someone will get back to me but no one has and I bet no one will. They are only open to talking if you are booking a new service. Although I think they fixed my issues, I feel I paid much more than I should have. I went with them because after calling around the had the lowest dispatch fees and I found a $45 off coupon online. However, these discounts don't really make a difference because their prices are WAY higher than any other company. They came and fixed my air con for $199 which is fair which took an hour. They then quoted me 242 to check my boiler and another 857 to clean it which they told me would take 4-5 hours. It turns out it only took 2 hours to do the check the clean and they charged me charged me $807.17 for another 2 hours of work (with the discount). The tech discounted the original $857 to clean it to $565 but considering the time actually taken was less than half what was quoted I feel it wasn't discounted enough. I then called 3 other companies to get quotes on this boiler check up and cleaning task and they all quoted me about 1-3 hrs of work ranging from $150-180/hr. My total for the 3 hours of work was $1029.44. I called to inquire about why I was charged so much and the dispatch said that someone would call me back. Since then I've sent another message and no one is getting back to me and I don't think they will. Avoid these rip off artists and go with a company who is upfront about the time they are taking to do the work. I've noticed that in previous negative reviews the owner will reply that they don't recognize the customer so I've attached my invoice and bill to this review to authenticate that I am a true Ashton customer
