Resolved: Trying to summit a claim for a broken tool. My claw head snapped off as I was using it

I would rather speak to someone than try to register and get my product replaced. I've tried several times to upload pics, and it won't allow me to submit after doing that.

Impossible to get ANYONE to respond

Need to return an order that hasn't even been opened/used. It's impossible to get anyone to return a phone call, respond to an email.

I have even sent messages on their website... Nothing.

One of the smaller tools broke. I would like to get a new one or a refund, please. I did not use the tool since I bought it, so it should not have broken.

Ashley Black Guru customer service is a Joke! They said they weren’t going to replace it!

But I could buy another product .

You don’t say ! I didn’t even have it 2 months ago!

I was sent a form to fill out that it would not accept a picture no matter how I tried to submit it the other two pictures that I was asked to submit to fine, but the form would not be accepted, unless I had the one picture so it was absolutely useless, but I did email that Questions and pictures now I’m still waiting on a new response
