Worse company I've worked for. Wanted to start my experience as a manager.
On my interview, I stated i needed an apt. Moved in on property to a mice infested unit now i get my FAS over 6k on fees.

- - Maintenance requests at Ashford Stancliff Park are pending.
- - The restroom floor is unsafe.
- - A tech looked at it; hasn't returned since Monday; staff rude.
I live in Ashford Stancliff Park and I have a maintainance request pending since last 2 weeks. I called couple of times and also added another request after that and a guy came to look at it and never came back since last Monday. My restroom floor is coming out and it is not safe as it is slippery so are you guys will take responsibility if something happens?
Plus the manager and the guys in the front are very rude and do not respect their residents.

Some of the worst apartment complexes in the city of Houston. Incompetent management unprofessionalism bad manners and rudeness , and on the property it self rodent infestation bed bug , toxic mold running through the whole apartment complex, flooding problems when ever it rain where water coming in your apartment unit no security maintenance never really fixes anything for the various units nothing ever gets done the high crime area for some of the complexes, and no parking vandalism
